Rikki pursued her bachelors degree in Exercise Science at Bemidji State University. Rikki continued her education at NWHSU where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic with Sports Emphasis. Rikki is McKenzie Protocol Lumbar spine certified, trained in dermal traction method, MRT, Graston technique, sports taping, upper and lower extremity adjusting, cupping, head injuries in sport, pre-participation sports physicals, functional mov meant screens, rehab and DOT drug and alcohol testing. Rikki has worked with NFL alumni and many semi-professional teams but enjoys treating patients of all ages. When she’s not in clinic she enjoys keeping both her mind and body active with weight lifting, hiking being on the lake, snowmobiling, or spending time with her Bernese mountain dog Sully, and her cat Tucker.
